Return / Refund Policy

To process any claims regarding defects or damaged products, unboxing video of the parcel from start to finish, without any cuts or pauses, is required. The defects or damage must be clearly visible in the video. We apologize for any dissatisfaction with your recent purchase. To resolve the issue, please initiate a return (exchange) request by emailing us at purpelloclothing@gmail.com with "Exchange Order" as the subject. Include your details (Name, Address, City, Pin code, Contact No.) and the reason for the exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Ensure the returned product is in its original packaging with all labels intact. Please note that customized products and sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for arranging their own pickup and covering the associated charges. Provide the tracking ID within 3 working days after delivery. If you receive a different, damaged, or defective product, no additional charges will apply, but we kindly request an unboxing video as proof. The exchanged item will be shipped once we receive the returned package, and the entire process may take 7-14 working days. Please note that only one exchange is permitted.

Shipping policy
Only Prepaid orders are accepted. No Cash on Delivery .Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order. Usually the delivery time period is between 7-8 working days but it varies from location to location.
If the desired size is not available, we will provide a CREDIT VOUCHER for future purchases within 45 days.
Unfortunately, we do not have a return or refund policy.
